Investor Portal

How to access your investor portal

The portal is a private, read-only view of your investment: your capital account, holdings, the portfolio behind them, and every call and distribution โ€” kept current by the fund's administrators.

Getting in

  1. 1
    Receive your login
Your fund administrator creates a portal login for you and sends you a username and a temporary password.
  2. 2
    Sign in
Go to the sign-in page and enter your username and password. Bookmark it โ€” it's the only address you need.
  3. 3
    Secure your account
Open Security at the foot of the sidebar to set your own password and turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. Keep the recovery codes it gives you somewhere safe.
  4. 4
    Take the short tour
On your first visit a guided tour walks you through each section. You can replay it any time from Guided tour in the sidebar.

Questions

I forgot my password.
Ask your fund administrator to reset it โ€” for your security it can't be reset from the sign-in page.
I lost the phone with my authenticator app.
Enter one of your recovery codes in place of the 6-digit code. If you've none left, your administrator can switch two-factor off for you.
I invest through more than one entity or fund.
One login covers them all โ€” switch between them with the Entity and Fund selectors at the top of every page.
